Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. soya chaap 7-8 pieces
  2. curd 1 cup
  3. fresh cream 1 cup
  4. salt add to taste
  5. corriender powder
  6. cumin powder
  7. green chilly
  8. garlic ginger paste
  9. chilly flicks


  1. wash chaap properly, cut and boil it with salt.
  2. put all the ingredients in a bowl along with chaap..
  3. mix it well, the marination is ready..!
  4. refrigerate it for 2 hours
  5. cook it on Non stick pan or halogen cook, whatever available.
  6. wait till it gets brown
  7. prepare gravy with cream, curd, ginger garlic paste, chilly flicks,
  8. you can add ( sautéed onions and capsicum) if u want
  9. serve the cooked chaap with dressed white gravy with some chaat masala, corriender leaves and lemon.
  10. your yummilicious malai chaap is ready to eat,,
