Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Soya chaap [store bought] - 2
  2. Curd - 1/2 cup
  3. Salt
  4. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp


  1. Mix all the spices powders with the curd.
  2. Marinate the soya chaap in the spiced curd for 3-4 hours.
  3. Then refrigerate it.
  4. Now roast your chaap, on a tawa with little oil.
  5. Now serve it with onion, lemon and chatmasala.
