Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soya chaap sticks - 8pcs
  2. Tomato - 400gm
  3. Butter - 50gm
  4. Cardamom- 5-6pc
  5. Cloves- 4-5pc
  6. Dalchini -1"pc
  7. Tomato puree -3-4 tbsp
  8. Chopped garlic-1 tblsp
  9. Red chilli powder-2 tsp
  10. garam masala powder - 1tsp
  11. Green chilli -2pc
  12. Honey-1tsp
  13. ginger-garlic paste-1tsp
  14. Fresh cream- 1/2 cup
  15. Kasoori methi-2tsp
  16. Oil for frying
  17. Salt to taste


  1. Marinate soya chaap sticks with salt ,red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste.
  2. In the meantime chop the tomatoes and grind into smooth paste.
  3. Transfer into a vessel.Add in 2 cup of water.
  4. Now add in the whole garam masala,chopped garlic and green chillies and boil for 10 minutes.
  5. Deep fry the soya chaap until golden brown.
  6. Strain the boiled tomato puree and keep aside.
  7. In another vessel add in the butter and the strained tomato puree.cook for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Now add in the readymade tomato puree, kasuri methi,red chilli powder and salt.
  9. Cook until mixture becomes thick.
  10. Once the mixture thickens add in the garam masala powder and honey.
  11. Add in the fried soya chaap.add a little water.simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  12. Now add in the cream and turn off the flame.
  13. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
