Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 500 gm soya chaap
  2. 1/4 cup hung curd
  3. 2 tsp tandoori masala
  4. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  6. 1/4 tsp lalmirch powder
  7. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Butter as required


  1. Boil water in a pan. Add soya chaap in it and boil it on low flame for 7-8 minutes. Drain the water.
  2. Now for marinate take hung curd in a bowl add all the ingredients. Add boiled soya chaap.
  3. Marinate it for atleast 4-5 hours.
  4. Now preheat air fryer at 180 C for 5 minutes.
  5. Put soya chaap in it and apply butter and air fry it at 180 C for 6-7 minutes. Turn the side and apply butter and air fry it for 6-7 minutes till crisp.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney.
