Ingredients to make Brown Chickpeas Strained Water Rasam

  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • red chilli 1
  • curry leaves few
  • Strained water of brown chickpeas 2 cup
  • tamarind powder 1 tsp
  • jaggery 1 lemon sized
  • turmeric powder a pinch
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

How to make Brown Chickpeas Strained Water Rasam

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND RED CHILLI
  2. AFTER CRACKLE ADD CURRY LEAVES
  3. STRAINING COOKED BROWN CHICKPEAS
  4. ADD STRAINED WATER OF BROWN CHICKPEAS
  5. RED CHILLI POWDER, SALT, TAMARIND POWDER
  6. TURMERIC POWDER, JAGGERY
  7. ASAFOETIDA
  8. BRING IT TO BOIL FINELY, TAKE OFF FLAME AND SERVE
