Ingredients to make Homemade paneer

  • 1 litre milk
  • 2 tbsp vinegar or lemon

How to make Homemade paneer

  1. BRING MILK TO BOIL.ADD LEMON JUICE OR CURD OR VINEGAR 
  2. IMMEDIATELY YOU CAN SEE THE ENTIRE MILK BEGINS TO CURDLE, SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  3. ALLOW IT TO SETTLE FOR 1 MIN. POUR IT IN A THIN CHEESE CLOTH.
  4. DRIAN THE WATER COMPLETELY. SQUEEZE OFF THE EXCESS WATER.
  5. RINSE IT UNDER RUNNING WATER TO REMOVE THE SMELL OF THE LEMON JUICE OR VINEGAR
  6. ALLOW THE PANEER TO SET FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR.
  7. CUT TO CUBES
  8. USE OR REFRIGERATE FOR FURTHER USE.
