About Egg munchurian Recipe

This is an easy and quick recipe to make delicious manchurian with eggs.

Egg munchurian

Ingredients to make Egg munchurian

  • egg 3
  • oil
  • salt
  • onion 1
  • Green chilli 2
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  • chilli sauce 1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves
  • pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp

How to make Egg munchurian

  1. Prepare the corn flour mixed with water and keep aside
  2. In a bowl add egg, salt, pepper powder and mix well
  3. Put it in a steamer and steam for 10 to 15 min
  4. Cut the egg into cubes and keep aside
  5. Heat oil in a pan add onion, green chilli and saute it
  6. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder and saute it
  7. Add chilli sauce, soya sauce and saute it
  8. Add corn flour water and keep stir for 1 min
  9. Add egg cubes and mix well. Cook for 2 min
  10. Add coriander leaves
