Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. boneless chicken 1/2kg
  2. salt 1tsp
  3. cornflour-1tbsp
  4. all purpose flour-1 tsp
  5. soya sauce 1tsp
  6. beaten egg-1
  7. red chilli powder-2tsp
  8. ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
  9. tomato sauce-1tsp
  10. crushed ginger and garlic-1tbsp
  11. onion-1
  12. capsicum-1
  13. green chilli sauce-1tsp
  14. red schzwan sauce-2tsp
  15. water-1/4cup
  16. oil for frying
  17. coriander leaves and spring onion for garnishing

Instructions

  1. cut boneless chicken in cubes
  2. marinate chicken with salt, beaten egg, red chilli powder, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste,cornflour and maida for 15-20mins
  3. deep fry the chicken pieces till golden brown
  4. in a pan add crushed ginger garlic diced onion and capsicum
  5. stir well in high flame
  6. add tomato sauce green chilli sauce schzwan sauce
  7. add salt and water mixed with 1tsp of cornflour
  8. add fried chicken pieces and coat well with sauces
  9. cover and simmer for 5mins
  10. garnish with spring onion and corinder leaves
