Hot and spicy chicken munchurian.

Chicken munchurian..

Ingredients to make Chicken munchurian..

  • 1/2 kg minced chicken
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp kashmiri chilli paste
  • 3 tsp soya sauce
  • 3 tsp red chilli sauce
  • oil for shallow fry
  • 4 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tsp kasmiri red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1.5 cup tomato puree
  • 3 tsp corn starch

How to make Chicken munchurian..

  1. For chicken ball take a bowl add minced chicken add salt ,1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp chilli powder and mix then add corn flour and bread crumbs and mix till dough form then shallow fry till golden brown.
  2. For gravy in a pan add oil then add ginger garlic paste,red chilli paste then add tomato paste and cook till water evaporates then take 2 tsp of mixture in seprate bowl and mix corn starch and put back this on gravy then add soya ,chilli sauce and cook till it become thick then add salt to taste your ravy is ready.
  3. Then put chicken balls in gravy and serve hot..
