ABOUT Chicken Chilly Manchurian RECIPE

A crispy fried chicken pieces dish mixed with a variety of sauces.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken breasts 2 whole
  2. Onions 2 largely sliced
  3. Capsicum 1 largely sliced
  4. Green chilies 4, sliced into slanting pieces
  5. 1 bunch of spring onions
  6. Ginger 1 inch and garlic 4 cloves, both finely sliced
  7. For marination of chicken breasts :-
  8. ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  9. cornstarch 4 tablespoons
  10. red chilly powder 1 tablespoon
  11. soy sauce 2 teaspoons
  12. red food colour a pinch
  13. salt to taste vinegar 2 teaspoons
  14. For the manchurian sauce :
  15. 1 tbsp ketchup
  16. 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  17. 1 tablespoon green chilli sauce
  18. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  19. 2 teaspoon oyster sauce
  20. 1 tablespoon vinegar
  21. 2 teaspoon pepper
  22. 1 teaspoon sugar
  23. 2 teaspoon thai chilli sauce
  24. 1 teaspoon honey
  25. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. To prepare the sauce, take a pan and pour in oil to heat, fry the ginger and garlic pieces till the raw smell disappears.
  2. Next, fry the onions and green chilies till its translucent. Add half of the spring onions and mix well.
  3. Now add the manchurian sauce and mix it well. Cover and simmer to cook for 10 minutes .
  4. Marinate the chicken with the listed ingredients for 10 minutes and fry them.
  5. Then mix the chicken well with the sauce and serve it immediately.
