Bhuna gravy Chicken

Ingredients to make Bhuna gravy Chicken

  • asafoetida pinch of
  • lemon 1
  • Hung curd 3 to 4 spoon
  • chicken 750 grams
  • salt to taste
  • onion 4 medium size
  • mustard oil
  • bay leaf 1
  • Black pepper 5
  • cardamom 4
  • cinnamon 1
  • clove 4
  • garlic 7 to 8
  • ginger 1 inch
  • nutmeg pinch of
  • Dry red chilli 2
  • turmeric
  • Black cardamom 1
  • peppercorn 5 to 6
  • Black cumin
  • coriander leaves

How to make Bhuna gravy Chicken

  1. First of all washed the chicken with normal water
  2. Marinate the chicken with lemon and yogurt and put it into the refrigerator for 1 hour
  3. Hit the pressure cooker with ghee and boil the chicken
  4. Roast Garam Masala in Pan bay leaf black pepper cardamom cinnamon clove nutmeg dry red chilli black cardamom black pepper black cumin
  5. After roasting Garam Masala grind them in a mixer
  6. In cooker heat the mustard oil at high flame and asafoetida and finally chopped onion and roast them until it turns golden brown
  7. Take some chopped onion and grind them with garlic and Ginger
  8. Mix this paste with golden brown onion in pressure cooker
  9. Now at the Powdered Garam Masala already prepared in step 4
  10. Add salt to taste
  11. Roast them until there is a separation of oil
  12. As the oil separated from the masala add chicken and roast them maximum 10 minutes for better taste
  13. Add 4 cup of lukewarm water and mix it very well
  14. Now wait for 2 whistles
  15. Now garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy the meal

Almost same to my recipe .... Me tomato bhi dalti hu ND dry coconut kush kush ND til... Cooker me jldi ban jaati h but kadai me banake dekhna aur MST banegi waise recipe bht acchi h :clap::clap::clap:

main bhi banata par samolina or coconut nhi use kiya is main tomato tangy flavour dete mujhe wo nhi passand
