About Bhuna chicken kebab Recipe

It's a very easy and tasty recipe. Soft, juicy and delicious yogurt marinated chicken kabab.

Bhuna chicken kebab

Ingredients to make Bhuna chicken kebab

  • chicken 500gm
  • Oil/butter 2tbsp
  • For marination-
  • ginger garlic paste 2tsp
  • red chilli powder 1tsp
  • cumin powder 1tsp
  • coriander powder 1tsp
  • Green chili 3whole
  • Chopped coriander leaves 3tbsp
  • Chopped mint leaves 2tbsp
  • yoghurt 4tbsp
  • Red Food color a pinch(optional)
  • salt as per taste

How to make Bhuna chicken kebab

  1. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 1-2hours.
  2. If you have time marinate for 3-4hours.
  3. Heat oil/butter in a pan, add the marinated chicken pieces.
  4. Cook on high flame for 5min and then simmer and cook covered till chicken is thoroughly cooked inside out, chicken is roasted properly, the masalas are coated well with chicken and oil comes out.
  5. It will take around 15-20mins.
  6. Serve bhuna chicken kebab with any sauce or salad.

My Tip:

You can add water if chicken does not oozes out enough water and dries.
