partially boiled potato fried and cooked in thick onion gravy

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1:/2kg round potatoes partially boiled pealed and fried
  2. salt
  3. oil 5 spoon
  4. ginger garlic paste
  5. Garam masala. 1 spoon poppyseed
  6. 1sp cumin seeds
  7. 2 spoon chilly powder
  8. 1 spoon turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 kg onion
  10. 2 bay leaves

Instructions

  1. boil potato
  2. deep fry them
  3. fry onion till brown
  4. add ginger garlic paste and all spices cook properly till it leaves oil a
  5. grind poppy seeds and add to masala
  6. add bay leaves
  7. drop potatoes to it and cook properly
