ABOUT Chocolate Cake Balls RECIPE

Crumbled chocolate cake coated with dark chocolate to make bite sized desserts.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups chocolate cake crumbs
  2. 2 tbsp whipped cream/condensed milk
  3. 1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts (roasted)
  4. 1 cup dark chocolate


  1. Crumble the cake with your hands to make fine crumbs. Add the whipped cream/ condensed milk and mix it well with your hands to resemble a dough.
  2. Take an ice cream scoop and scoop out equal sized balls from the dough. Roll the dough between palms to make smooth balls. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. ( Heat water in a vessel and keep a smaller vessel with the chocolate over it, without letting the water get into the chocolate)
  4. Remove the cake balls from the fridge and dip them in the melted chocolate. They should be coated with the chocolate evenly. Place them on cake liners or small plastic cups. Refrigerate for 15 mins.
  5. Serve them chilled.
