Vegetable rawa bites

Ingredients to make Vegetable rawa bites

  • 12 bread slices
  • For batter:2 cup rawa
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbsp chopper coriander
  • salt to taste
  • For tempering:2 tbsp oil
  • 2-3 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tsp finely chopped green chilli
  • 2 tsp curry leaves
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Stuffing:
  • 1/2 cup carrot grated
  • 1/2 cup cabbage grated
  • 2 onion finely chopped
  • 20 french beans chopped
  • 3-4 green chillies finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • salt as required
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

How to make Vegetable rawa bites

  1. Mix all the ingredients of stuffing and keep aside.
  2. Now make a thick rawa batter by mixing rawa, rice flour,salt,finely chopped tomatoes and capsicum with little water.
  3. Next heat oil.Add rai,curry leaves,green chillies and red chilli powder.
  4. Immediately pour over the batter and mix well Your rawa batter is ready.
  5. Next take a bread slice.Spread the vegetable mixture over it.
  6. Now dip it into the rawa batter and coat nicely.
  7. Shallow frying it on tawa using oil till brown and crunchy.
  8. Cut it into desire shapes.
  9. Ready!!Serve it with ketchup
