Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 12 bread slices
  2. For batter:2 cup rawa
  3. 1 cup rice flour
  4. 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
  5. 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  6. 2 tbsp chopper coriander
  7. salt to taste
  8. For tempering:2 tbsp oil
  9. 2-3 tsp mustard seeds
  10. 2 tsp finely chopped green chilli
  11. 2 tsp curry leaves
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. Stuffing:
  14. 1/2 cup carrot grated
  15. 1/2 cup cabbage grated
  16. 2 onion finely chopped
  17. 20 french beans chopped
  18. 3-4 green chillies finely chopped
  19. 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  20. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  21. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  22. salt as required
  23. 1/2 cup grated cheese


  1. Mix all the ingredients of stuffing and keep aside.
  2. Now make a thick rawa batter by mixing rawa, rice flour,salt,finely chopped tomatoes and capsicum with little water.
  3. Next heat oil.Add rai,curry leaves,green chillies and red chilli powder.
  4. Immediately pour over the batter and mix well Your rawa batter is ready.
  5. Next take a bread slice.Spread the vegetable mixture over it.
  6. Now dip it into the rawa batter and coat nicely.
  7. Shallow frying it on tawa using oil till brown and crunchy.
  8. Cut it into desire shapes.
  9. Ready!!Serve it with ketchup
