Shrimps and corn fritters

Ingredients to make Shrimps and corn fritters

  • 400 gms shelled,devained fresh/frozen shrimps
  • 1-1/2 cup fresh/tinned corn
  • 1 egg
  • 2tbsp maida
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped tender stems of coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Shrimps and corn fritters

  1. Churn shrimps and corn in food processor or mixer just a little, take out in a bowl, add egg, garlic, green chilli, chopped coriander stems and salt. Mix it.
  2. Mix flours and sauces in it to make a thick batter
  3. Deep fry by dropping batter in hot oil to make fritters
  4. Serve it with any dipping sauce or schezwan chutney.

My Tip:

Fry it on medium heat for crispy fritters.
