Beetroot roll

Ingredients to make Beetroot roll

  • 1 cup boiled and mashed beetroot
  • 2 cup boiled and mashed poteto
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • 1 piece ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 TSP chopped coriander
  • 1/2tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp rosted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chopped cashew
  • 1 tbsp semolina
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 /4 tap garam masala powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to make Beetroot roll

  1. Heat a pan put some oil and put chopped onion, green chilli and Ginger soute for 2-3 mints and remove from pan
  2. Take a bowl put beetroot and potato and onion mixture
  3. Now add all ingredients and mix well and Make a rolls
  4. In a bowl put maida and little amount of water and make a smooth batter
  5. Take a kadhai put oil and heat it
  6. Now dip the roll in batter and coat the semolina properly and fry it till golden brown and crispy
  7. Beetroot roll is ready
  8. Serve with tomato sauce and green chatni
