About Tender Coconut Panna Cotta... Recipe

An amazing dessert cum snack that is so irresistible. An Indian twist to the ever famous Italian dessert popular worldwide for it's melt in mouth texture. To add that Indian touch to it a little bit further, i have used cashewnuts. Any other choice of nuts can be used instead. Relish it as an aftermeal dessert or a delicious snack at 4 pm. The choice is entirely yours.

Tender Coconut Panna Cotta...

Ingredients to make Tender Coconut Panna Cotta...

  • Tender coconut meat 3 cups
  • sugar 1/4th cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Agar-agar powder 2 tbsp
  • cashewnuts finely chopped 1/4th cup

How to make Tender Coconut Panna Cotta...

  1. Add sugar and tender coconut meat to the blender jar.
  2. Blitz until blended well.
  3. In a sauce pan, add this coconut and sugar mix with agar-agar.
  4. Stir in some vanilla essence and simmer on low heat until it thickens.
  5. Allow it to cool a bit before pouring in a dish.
  6. Set it in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
  7. Cut it in desired shapes.
  8. Serve chilled topped with chopped cashewnuts.

My Tip:

Sugar can be adjusted accordingly.
