This recipe is very easy and delicious. This is a perfect tea time snack.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Kakdi (cucumber) 2 nos medium size
  2. Thick Rice Flour 1/2 cup
  3. Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
  4. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
  5. Ginger, Garlic and Chilli paste 1 tsp.
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Sugar 1/2 tsp.
  8. oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber (kakdi) and remove excess water.
  2. Add rice flour and all spices also add sugar and salt.
  3. Mix all ingredients properly.
  4. Now take a pan and spread the oil.
  5. When oil is hot take small part of mixture and spread round it. Like roti shape
  6. cooked one site then apply oil other side.
  7. Cooked on low flame both side
  8. Serve hot with tea.
