About Mixed Flour Bhajia Recipe

It's a simple and yummy recipe.

Mixed Flour Bhajia

Ingredients to make Mixed Flour Bhajia

  • onion - 1
  • Besan / gram flour - 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour - 2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour - 1 small cup
  • Juwar flour - 1 small cup
  • maida - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilli - 2
  • jeera - 1 table spoon
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Mixed Flour Bhajia

  1. Peel the skin of onion, and chop them to fine pieces.
  2. Take a mixing bowl, add the sliced onions to it.
  3. Add besan,wheat flour, juwar four,maida and rice flour to it.
  4. Add finely chopped green chilli and salt to the batter.
  5. Combine well without adding any water.
  6. keep it aside for 15 to 20 mins.
  7. Now you can see the onions have let out moisture that is enough for binding the ingredients together.
  8. Knead the batter gently
  9. Heat oil in a frypan.
  10. Drop the mixture in batches to hot oil.
  11. Keep the flame in low medium and deep fry to golden with stirring once in a while.
  12. When the bhajia turn crispy & cooked, remove from oil.Drain it in kitchen tissue.
  13. Repeat the same for the rest of the mixture.
  14. Now delicious homemade crispy bhajia's are ready.
  15. Serve hot bhajia with ketchup and enjoy!
