Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Finely chopped Tomato 1 cup
  5. Finely chopped onion 1 cup
  6. Boiled Corn kernels 1 cup
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 to 2 teaspoons
  8. Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon
  9. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Oil for shalllow frying
  11. Mayonnaise as per requirements
  12. Tomato sauce as per requirements


  1. In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,little salt,oil and milk
  2. Mix well and prepare a medium soft dough and keep aside for some time
  3. In a pan heat some oil and saute all mix veggies and season them with mixed herbs , black pepper powder and salt ...and allow them to cool for some time
  4. From the ready dough,Roll a thin chapati and dry roast on tawa from both sides little raw (don't overcook)
  5. Spread sautéed mix veggies on chapati and then add some mayonnaise and Tomato sauce too ..and then carefully make a tight roll of it
  6. Add some oil and shallow fry Frankie roll from all sides till crisp and golden brown
  7. Serve hot with some Tomato sauce and salad
