About Chappli Kabab ( chicken or mutton mince) Recipe

This is an authentic recipe of kababs made with meat mince, a perfect party appetizer or snack.

Chappli Kabab ( chicken or mutton mince)

Ingredients to make Chappli Kabab ( chicken or mutton mince)

  • 1 1/2 kg chicken mince
  • 2 onions chopped finely
  • 4 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 5 to 6 green chillies chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 3 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp cummin seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ginger and garlic pd
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 3 to 4 black cardamom
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • salt
  • oil for frying

How to make Chappli Kabab ( chicken or mutton mince)

  1. Grind all the whole spices
  2. Mix them with the powder spices
  3. In the chicken mince first add all the spices
  4. Add tomatoes ,onions and green chillies
  5. Then add eggs mix well keep aside for 30 mins
  6. Heat oil
  7. Make thick flattened kababs do it with wet hands so that it does not stick to the hands
  8. Fry both the sides of the kabab till golden on medium flame
  9. Cover and cook for 5 mins till water dries
  10. Press on the kababs to release water
  11. Remove on a kitchen paper tissue
