Ingredients: 160/200gm dahi(readymade); 100gram sugar (whole); 1 tablespoon baking powder; 1/2 spoon soda; 4tbs melted butter; 1tsp.vanilla essence; 140gram maida

Very easy eggless cake, with brown sugar.

Ingredients Serving: 6

160/200gm dahi(readymade)
100gram sugar (whole)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 spoon soda
4tbs melted butter
1tsp.vanilla essence
140gram maida

Instructions

First mix sugar and curd (not with beater) with a spoon in a pan.
Add soda and baking powder. Add essence and rest for 2mins.
Add butter and Maida (sieve) mix properly.
Pour this batter in greased and dusted tin and bake it in the oven.
Preheat at 160 20 to 25 minutes. Keep an eye while baking.
Take out and keep on net. Let it cool and cut after 6/7hours.
Make some chocolates in moulds with chocolate slab by peeling and melting in the microwave. And decorate on cake. Readyy enjoy.
