Ingredients to make Bhuna hua mutton chhap

  • mutton 2kg
  • onion 1 1/2 kg
  • ginger garlic paste 2 spoon each
  • bay leaves 4
  • oil 2 tbsps
  • cumin seeds 2 spoons
  • pepper powder 2 spoons
  • home made Garam masala 1 spoon( cardamom cloves cinnamon jayfal jayavatri sajira)
  • salt 2 spoons
  • tarmaric powder 1
  • chilly powder 2 spoons
  • 6. to. 8 methi dana

How to make Bhuna hua mutton chhap

  1. Heat a pan with some oil.
  2. Add the onion ans saute until browned.
  3. add ginger garlic paste
  4. add all the spices fry them till it leaves oil
  5. now add mutton cover the lid Simmer the flame cover the lid try not to add water
  6. when it is properly cooked turn off the flame but see that it is totally dry and and each pieces is covered with spice
  7. turn it on plate and garnish with sliced onion and lemon

My Tip:

Each piece should be finely beaten and while putting the meat in pan it should be seen that the pieces should be laid flat
