Healthy and tasty kabab, made with spring onions.

Spring onion kabab

Ingredients to make Spring onion kabab

  • spring onion 2 cup chopped
  • potato boil and mashed 1
  • chickpeas flour 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • ginger chilly paste 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1/2= spoon
  • salt to taste

How to make Spring onion kabab

  1. Take a boil potato mashed it.
  2. Then take a spring onion crushed in the mixer.
  3. Mix well. Potato and onion.
  4. Then add all above ingredients and mix well.
  5. Then make a kabab.
  6. Place on the pan.
  7. Greased with oil.and roasted it both sides.
  8. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Serve with green chutney and tomato sauce.
