  1. Condensed milk tin 1


  1. Remove the paper label,if any,and keep the tin,on its side, in a pressure cooker.put approx. a litre water ,to cover and submerge the pan.Put the lid on.
  2. Keep the cooker on high flame till it starts simmering and then on low flame for 50-60 min. let the condensed milk cook well. Short time is lighter colour and long time dense and dark.
  3. Remove from fire and let it cool down
  4. CARE. Do not open hot can,it may explode and cause burns 2 Do not overcook. 3 water level should never go below the level of can.If not sure, keep checking 4 Prefer solid cans instead of tab cans. 5 High calories☺
