Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Washed n finely chopped spinach 1.5 cups
  2. Washed n finely chopped methi leaves 1.5 cups
  3. Besan/chick pea flour 1 cup
  4. Rava or Suji 1 cup
  5. salt 1.5 tsp
  6. red chilly powder 2 tsp
  7. Haladi powder 1/2 tsp
  8. lemon juice 3 tsp
  9. Jira 1/2 tsp
  10. dhania powder 1tsp
  11. oil for frying


  1. Mix all ingredients properly. ..
  2. Make a soft dough by using little water. ..
  3. Take a thali...grease with oil
  4. By using hands spread the above dough of 1" thickness...
  5. Steam in a preheated steamer for 15 minutes.
  6. Take it outside the pan n let it cool. .
  7. Make a pieces of your choice ...
  8. Shallow fry on high flame. ..
  9. They are so need of ketchup. ..
  10. Tastes best when hot or cool also..
