Chocolate cheese cake

Ingredients to make Chocolate cheese cake

  • Digestive biscuits 200gm
  • Condensed milk or butter 60gm
  • Dark chocolate 50gm
  • Milk compound chocolate 50gm
  • cream cheese 200gm
  • Cocoa pwd 5gm
  • Milk 1tbsp
  • Whipped cream 1 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa pwd and chocolate for garnish

How to make Chocolate cheese cake

  1. Crush the biscuits and add melted butter or condensed milk to it , mix well and add it to a spring form pan and create a proper base and refrigerate it .
  2. Melt both the chocolates in a bowl with the double boiler method .
  3. To melted chocolate add cream cheese and whisk it together, now add condensed milk , cocoa pwd and milk and whisk it again .
  4. Pour this mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly .
  5. Refrigerate the cake.
  6. Now take some whipped cream , mix 1 tsp cocoa pwd and transfer it to piping bag .
  7. Once the cake is set, get it out of mold, spread a layer of whipped cream and make swirls on the edges.
  8. Dust some cocoa pwd and garnish with chocolate shavings .

My Tip:

We can use homemade cream cheese .
