ABOUT Orange Hollandaise Sauce RECIPE

Hollandaise sauce is part of french cuisine that can be served with seafood or steamed asparagus.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. butter - 160 gm
  2. egg yolks - 4
  3. Orange juice - 2 tbsp
  4. Water- 2 tbsp
  5. White pepper per taste
  6. salt per taste


  1. Melt the butter and set aside to cool. Combine 2 tbsp water and egg yolks in a saucepan.Whisk for 30 seconds.
  2. Cook over low heat whisking for 3 minutes at low heat until you get thick and foamy .
  3. Remove from heat and add cooled butter slowly little by little whisking well .Stir in orange juice and season with salt and white pepper.
