Ingredients to make gathiya

  • gram flour 1 kg
  • oil 1/2 kg
  • hing 1/2sp
  • ajwain 2sp
  • salt 2 spoons
  • baking soda 1/2 spoon

How to make gathiya

  1. Take gram flour mix all the ingredients
  2. mix 4 spoons of oil
  3. kneed it using water till smooth dough is formed
  4. it need 1/2 an hour kneeding
  5. make small rolls
  6. spread oil on slab and with a strike make a long strip with the help of edge of palm
  7. heat oil and fry

My Tip:

Dough should be beaten properly
