About Cottage cheese & sweet potato kababs with guava chutney Recipe

Vegetarians can also enjoy eating kebabs. Today I have made kebabs with cottage cheese and sweet potato with  sour sweet spicy guava chutney. Nature has blessed us with different things to eat for every season. Enjoy everyone. I got appreciated by my children, now it's your turn.

Cottage cheese & sweet potato kababs with guava chutney

Ingredients to make Cottage cheese & sweet potato kababs with guava chutney

  • Ingredients for Kabab
  • 250 gm / 2 pieces - Sweet potato (Roasted)
  • 200 gm- cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon  - Chopped Green coriander
  • 4- green chillies
  • 2 Inch - ginger
  •   8- garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon- Chat mMasala
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Red Chili Powder
  • salt to taste
  •   1/4 teaspoon- (Amchoor) Dry mango powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon- Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Black salt
  • 2 - Bread pieces
  • 2 tablespoon- lemon Juice
  • oil (As per Requirement)
  • Ingredients of guava Chutney
  • A large -tomato
  • 1 large- guava
  • 1 tablespoon- lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon -Roasted cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Black salt
  • salt to taste
  •  1/4 teaspoon- red chilli Powder
  • 2  - green chillies
  • 1"- ginger
  •  2 - garlic Cloves
  • 2 tablespoon- tamarind chutney

How to make Cottage cheese & sweet potato kababs with guava chutney

  1.  How to make Kabab:
  2. Roast sweet potatoes in the oven.
  3. peel the sweet potato and put the pulp in a bowl.
  4. And Add all the ingredients of kabab except for the oil in the bowl Now mix  and mash well.
  5. Now make kababs square in shape.
  6. When all the kebabs are ready press them with the help of a fork.
  7. Put the tawa on the gas .
  8. Bake kebabs on low flame on the tawa.
  9. When it is golden brown on one side,
  10. place the oil on the upper layer of the kabab with the help of a brush.
  11. When the kebab is golden brown on both sides, take it out of the tawa.
  12. Kebab is ready to serve.
  13. How to make Guava chutney
  14. With the help of fork, roast the guava and tomato on the gas.then remove their skin with the help of a knife.
  15.  Mash the guava and tomato with the help of a fork in a bowl.
  16.  blend the green chillies,ginger and garlic.
  17. Add green chilli-ginger-garlic paste, salt, black salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder and cumin powder.
  18. Now according to your taste of 2-3 Spoon  tamarind chutney in the guava mixture.
  19. Delicious guava chutney is ready
  20. Now serve Kababs with grated radish and guava chutney.
