Chiken dumplings

Ingredients to make Chiken dumplings

  • Chiken mince - 1cup
  • ginger/garlic/green chillie - 2tablespoon
  • salt -As required
  • Chat masala -1/2tablespoon
  • pepper powder -1/2tablespoon
  • egg - 1
  • maida - 1/2cup
  • oil - For deep frying

How to make Chiken dumplings

  1. In a bowl add the minced chiken.
  2. Add g/g/g paste.
  3. Add salt,pepper and chat masala.
  4. Make dumplings out of this mixture.
  5. Dip in egg than dip in maida flor.
  6. Lastly deep fry it.
