Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dry red chilly 100gm
  2. Urad dhal 100gm
  3. Chana dal 50gm
  4. Black til seed (washed and drained) 50gm
  5. Tamrind one small piece
  6. Asfoetida or hinge 2 tea spoon
  7. Rock salt 1 table spoon if necessary add more
  8. 2 to 3 tea spoon oil to fry the chilly

Instructions

  1. Fry the red chilly until crisp ensure not to burn and remove it.
  2. Roast other dry ingredients one buy one and add tamarind, hing along with it.
  3. Allow it to cool transfer them to a dry grinder and grind coarsely.
  4. Remove it in a broad vessel to cool it and then bottle it.
  5. This can be preserved for 3 to 4 months.
