Sabudana bajjii

Ingredients to make Sabudana bajjii

  • 1/4 kg sabudana soak 2 hours
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • Half cup maida
  • Chopped spring onion leaves
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pinch soda
  • chilli peices 2 tsp

How to make Sabudana bajjii

  1. Put kadai, pour oil for deep frying.
  2. Mean while take bowl mix sabudana,curd,chillies,maida,,rice flour,ginger,spring onion leaves no need water mix up all these.
  3. Put small batter in oil like bajji. Fry both sides..strain oil .
  4. Put these bhajji on plate,spread nuts powder this is optional..ready to serve sabudana bajji
