Egg pockets

Ingredients to make Egg pockets

  • 3boiled egg
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • Green chilli sliced
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 cup atta(whole-wheat flour)
  • water
  • salt
  • Oil or ghee

How to make Egg pockets

  1. Heat oil add onion n saute till brown
  2. Add green chilli coriander leaves n fry a bit
  3. Add tomatoes n saute for 2-3 min
  4. Add dry masalas n saltn fry.
  5. Add smashed boiled eggs and fry till done.Now add few corainder leaves n keep aside
  6. Knead the flour by mixing appropriate quantity of water Roll into thin chapati
  7. Fill the half chapati with the boil burji mix n fold the other half to make a pocket shape seal
  8. shallow fry on tawa apply ghee. Serve
  9. This recipe is not soley mine. I had read something like this before but it just happened when I had one tiffin box to take both sabji n roti n didn't had time to relax n eat that day.

My Tip:

U can make burji of raw egg too or boil egg both give a different taste
