About Healthy Thandai mousse cups Recipe

It is a healthy version of mousse where we have replaced hung curd with cream and added the flavour of thandai to be perfect for occasion of holi.

Ingredients to make Healthy Thandai mousse cups

  • 400 ml curd
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar/ brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Thandai powder
  • 4 tsp cream
  • 4 tsp Blueberry crush / jam
  • 20 silver balls for garnish

How to make Healthy Thandai mousse cups

  1. Hang curd in muslin cloth for two hours or more till you get the dahi ka chakka I.e. thick curd with all water drained.
  2. To this curd now add thandai powder, powdered sugar and cream and toss gently.
  3. Now take the serving cups and pipe this mixture along sides of the cup.
  4. Fill the centre with blueberry jam.
  5. Garnish with a flower piped of curd mix prepared.
  6. Sprinkle silver balls and Similarly prepare three more cups.
  7. Chill these cups for few hours and enjoy your healthy mousse cups. Happy Holi.

My Tip:

You can make variations in fruit flavour mango, orange, strawberry etc. as per choice.
