  1. banana(nenthraPazham) -2
  2. coconut oil-3tbspn
  3. ghee-1 tbsps
  4. cashew-2tbspn
  5. raisins-2tbspn
  6. coconut grated-1/4 cup
  7. cardamom-2 no’s
  8. brown sugar-3 tbsps

Instructions

  1. take the ingredients first.
  2. cut the banana into thin slices
  3. heat the nonstick pan and add 3tbsn coconut oil and heat it.arrange the slices on it.
  4. cook the bananas on both sides till golden brown.
  5. arrange these cooked bananas in the plate.
  6. in the same pan add 1tbspn ghee.fry the chopped cashews and then raisins.
  7. once the raisins puffed and the grated coconut and stir till golden brown.
  8. add crushed cardamom and brown sugar into it and stir for few seconds.
  9. spread this coconut mixture over the cooked bananas and press it.
  10. roll it and serve hot.
