Savoury Paneer Truffles

Ingredients to make Savoury Paneer Truffles

  • 150gms of fresh paneer
  • 2tbsp sour cream
  • 1/4cup finely chopped carrots(boiled)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow pumpkin
  • 1tsp ghee
  • 2tbsp chopped coriander
  • Finely chopped green chilli
  • red chilly flakes
  • 2tbsp Chopped salted pistachios
  • Pink salt
  • mint leaves to garnish

How to make Savoury Paneer Truffles

  1. In a pan put ghee and add pumpkin
  2. Saute it on slow flame till cooked.
  3. In a large mixing bowl grate paneer
  4. To this add boiled carrot, pumpkin,chillies and coriander.
  5. Give it a good mix
  6. Now add spices
  7. Drop in pistachios
  8. Lastly add sour cream and mix well
  9. Gently knead the mixture for 2-3 minutes till it becomes soft
  10. Pinch a small ball from the mixture and roll it into a ball
  11. Make sure the surface of the truffle is smooth
  12. Repeat the procedure with rest of the mixture.
  13. Garnish with mint leaves
  14. Serve cold

My Tip:

Add the ingredients in the mentioned sequence , this helps in proper mixing.
