  1. SMOKY PANEER DHABA STYLE
  2. IN A PAN ADD ONION COOK IT
  3. THEN ADD GINGER GARLIC GREEN CHILI
  4. NOW ADD TEJ PATA, DALCHINI, LONG
  5. NOW ADD TOMATOES AND COOK FOR 2 MINS
  6. GRIND IN SMOOTH PASTE
  7. IN A PAN PUT OIL AND GRINDED MASALA
  8. NOW ADD MASALAS HALDI RED CHILLI POWDER, GARAM MASALA, DANIYA POWDER
  9. ADD CAPSICUM
  10. BOILED PEAS
  11. ADD 1SP SUGAR AND SALT
  12. 1SP BUTTER
  13. GRATED PANEER AND COOK IT
  14. NOW ADD WATER BOIL IT
  15. NIW ADD PANEER CUBES
  16. KASURI METHI AND CORIANDER
  17. PUT SOME CABBAGE LEAF IN PAN ON IT ADD SOME BUTTER , LONG
  18. NOW PLACE HOT COAL ON IT FOR SMOKY FLAVOUR
  19. FUMES WILL APPEAR CLOSE THE LID FOR 10 MINS
  20. SERVE
  21. GARNISH WITH GRATED PANEER
