Ingredients to make Dhaba style paneer gravey

  • paneer 200 grm
  • ghee 2 tsp
  • butter 2 tsp
  • onion 3 chopped
  • tomato 3 chopped
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kasthuri methi 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • Suger 1/2 tsp
  • bay leaf 1
  • cloves 2
  • cinnamon 2
  • pepper pods 5
  • Dry chilli 1
  • oil
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • curd 1/2 tsp

How to make Dhaba style paneer gravey

  1. Dry roast cloves, Cinnamon, pepper, dry chilli, bay leaves till the strong aroma in low flame
  2. This opos tech of cooking consist of layers
  3. Layer 1. Apply ghee and butter in 2 liter cooker
  4. Layer 2. Onion chopped
  5. Layer 3. Tomato chopped
  6. Layer 4 . Chilli powder, turmeric, salt, suger, garam masala, kasthuri methi, coriander powder
  7. Layer 5. Ginger garlic paste
  8. Layer 6. fried paneer cubes
  9. Layer 7. Dry roasted spices
  10. Now place the cooker and fire for 4 whistle then switch off
  11. Let pressure settle by itself
  12. Now open and mixed it up
  13. Now add half cup beated curd and mix well
  14. Serve with roties, phulkas and rice too
