ABOUT Chicken Roast RECIPE

This is a Classic Chicken Roast with simple ingredients and flavors but it has a rich taste.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 Whole Chicken
  2. Olive Oil - 5 to 6 tsp
  3. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 3 to 4 tsp
  4. Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  5. Pepper powder - 2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  8. Cumin powder - 2 tsp
  9. Garam masala - 2 tsp
  10. Oregano - 1 tsp
  11. Lime Juice - 4 to 5 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Capsicum - 2 to 3
  14. Onion - 2 to 3
  15. Garlic minced - 3 to 4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take the whole chicken and drain out the water.
  2. Pour in olive oil and rub the oil all over the chicken.
  3. Mix all the dry powders, lime juice, ginger-garlic paste, oregano and salt to make a smooth paste. Rub this paste all over the chicken and let it rest in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.
  4. To cook, place the chicken on the grill pan. Place the capsicum, onion and minced garlic in the grill pan with the chicken.
  5. Put the chicken in the microwave and cook it for 30-40 mins.
