Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. ½ Cup pineapple jam
  2. 1 Cup cashew Powder
  3. 1 Cup Milk Powder
  4. 2 tbsp. malai (Cream)
  5. 2 tbsp. Milk
  6. 1 tbsp. ghee ( Clarified Butter)
  7. 1/2 tsp kiwi essence
  8. 2 drop green color..


  1. Take pineappleJam, Malai ( Cream), Milk Powder and Milk in a pan.
  2. Now mix all ingredients well and cook it first slow flame.
  3. Cook all ingredients on the slow flame. As Jam melts then add Cashew Powder and cook it on high flame.
  4. After cook it ond high flame it takes hardly 3-4 minutes to ready.
  5. When mixture becomes thick and leaves the sides of the pan then add Ghee ( Clarified Butter) and mix it well.
  6. add kiwi essence& green colour..
  7. Ghee gives shine and good lustre to the Barfi. Take small tray and line with butter paper or greased with Ghee.
  8. Now Place mixture in tray and spread it with the help of spoon...garnish with some dryfruits...set it in the fridge.
  9. serve chill when completly set..
