ABOUT Rava toast (without bread) RECIPE

A low oil healthy snack which can be ready in minutes without using bread.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup Rava
  2. 1/2 cup fresh malai
  3. 2 CUP MILK
  4. 1 onion finely chopped
  5. 1 capsicum finely chopped
  6. 1 tomato finely chopped
  7. 2 Green chillies finely chopped
  8. 1 tbspoon green coriander finely chopped
  9. 1 tspoon baking powder
  10. Salt
  11. oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add rava ,milk and malai together and mix them till it become smooth thick paste.
  2. Except oil mix all the ingredients in the rava paste.
  3. Grill sandwich toaster with oil.
  4. Now when the toaster is ready,then add rava paste fill on toaster.
  5. Grill it for 5-7 mins.
  6. Now rava toast is ready serve with tomato ketchup

I use buttermilk. Instead of malai n milk.
