This recipie is good variation for children who dont eat okra

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Okra-100g
  2. Besan flour-50g
  3. Chilli powder-1/2tsp
  4. Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  5. Coriander powder-1tsp
  6. Jeera powder-1/2tsp
  7. Mango powder-1/2tsp
  8. Chaat masala-1/4tsp
  9. Salt-to taste
  10. Oil-for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash the okras well with water and wipe with kitchen towel
  2. Slit okras in to 2 lengthwise
  3. Add all the masala powders,besan flour and salt..mix well.. add little water till the flour and masalas coat the vegetable Rest for 30mins
  4. Deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot
