ABOUT Khakhra pizza RECIPE

A fusion recipe with a twist.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Chopped onion 1 small
Butter 1 tbsp
Chopped tomato ( deseeded) 1
Chopped capsicum 1
Pizza seasoning 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Basil leaves, a few sprigs
Cheese spread 4-5 tbsp
Chatpata khakhra 4

Instructions

Heat a pan, add butter, onion, capsicum, tomato, salt, white pepper powder and pizza seasoning. Saute on a low to medium flame. Turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool .
Add the cheese spread and mix well .
Take the khakhra ( you can see my recipe of the chatpata khakhra) and spread the cheese and vegetable topping over the khakhra.
Serve it with ketchup.
