Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Paneer 8-10 blocks
  2. Chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  3. Turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
  4. Rice powder 1 tspn
  5. Tomato 1
  6. Pepper (just for sprinkling)
  7. Salt (as per requirement)
  8. Chilli flakes (as per requirement)

Instructions

  1. Cut the paneer into small pieces
  2. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt ,pepper powder, chilli flakes and mix thoroughly
  3. Grind the tomato to a smooth paste and mix it along with the paneer
  4. Now add the rice Powder to it and mix well
  5. Heat oil in a kadai and put the paneer blocks into it when the oil comes to a boil
  6. Fry it until the cubes turn golden
  7. Serve hot
