Ingredients to make Choco cranberry bites

  • Milk Chocolate 500 gms
  • Digestive biscuits 10-12
  • Powdered sugar 1 tbsp
  • Cranberries chopped 1/2 cup
  • almonds chopped 1/4 cup
  • Orange essence 1 tsp
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • Pure ghee 1 tbsp

How to make Choco cranberry bites

  1. Melt chocolate in microwave for 5 minutes, stirring it every 2 minutes. Add butter and ghee to this.
  2. Grind digestive biscuits.
  3. Add this biscuit powder to the melted chocolate.
  4. Add to this chopped cranberries, powdered sugar, chopped almonds and orange essence.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well and start making bite sized balls.
  6. If the mixture cools down, warm it again in a microwave for a minute.
  7. Choco cranberry bites are ready to serve.
