My Family loves Paneer, this dish is everyone's favourite snack

Paneer Nuggets

Ingredients to make Paneer Nuggets

  • paneer – 200 gms
  • Bread crumbs for Coating
  • oil for Frying
  • Curd/yogurt -¼ cup for marinating
  • chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon for marinating
  • cumin Powder- 1 teaspoon for marinating
  • Pakora masala – ¼ teaspoon optional (add Garam masala if pakora masala not available) - for marinating
  • salt to taste - for marinating
  • Corn flour – ¼ cup for batter
  • Maida/All Purpose flour – 3 tablespoons for batter
  • Red chilli powder – 1tsp for batter
  • salt to taste for batter

How to make Paneer Nuggets

  1. Cut paneer in to cubes and keep aside
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients for marinating and mix them together
  3. Take all the Paneer strips and coat them in the mixture
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to an hour
  5. Mix the batter ingredients and keep it ready
  6. Once the Paneer slices are marinated well toss them in the batter
  7. Toss them on to the breadcrumbs and fry them in Oil till they are Golden brown
