Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Potato 1/4 kg
  2. Panner 1/2
  3. Corn flour one cup
  4. Garam masala 0ne spoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil to fry


  1. Boil the potato
  2. Grate the panner
  3. Smash the potatoes
  4. Add the smashed potato and grated panner together garlic slized to it add salt and garam masala thwn mix well
  5. Make them into balls
  6. Take some cornflour powder add some water to it make it a paste
  7. Now dip the potatoes into the cornflour mixture and fry it
  8. Ready to serve
  9. Serve it with pudhina Chutney
